Last time I looked, a few days ago, there didn't seem to be any
projected date for Tanner trailwork to be started and completed. I've
assumed all along...

The source for water in the aquifer coming off the North Rim has to
be snow and summer rain on the Kaibab Plateau. Where else could it
possibly come from? ...
