Sam,
The cause of early onset diarrhea can be osmotic diarrhea. Basically
caused by drinking water with lots of dissolved minerals.
Cross species disease...

Suspect some of problems could be from water virus which filters &
iodine don't kill. Effects from water virus usually are usually not
for several days...

Thanks for all the input on water. We carry a filter & iodine and haven¹t
had any trouble from GC water. Had giardia twenty years ago from unfiltered
water...
