Temperature at Indian Garden
Is there a good rule-of thumb to calculate the temperature at Indian
Garden compared to the rim? For example....if the low on the rim is
supposed to be 22...

You could get them on the phone and discuss availability, then
immediately fax the request with payment info and ask that they hold
the permit for pickup....

The permit application cannot be submitted any sooner than four months in advance. It can be sent in any time after that. I'd go ahead and fax it in.
