Just outside the Park is Kaibab Lodge which I hear is nice...
I hear they will shuttle you to the North Kaibab trailhead....

There were pit toilets at Monument when I hiked through in May 2007.
There were three semi-private stalls above the campsites. They were
just off-trail along...
