I used to carry Tevas for river crossings and camp shoes - this last
trip I took a pair of Crocs - they are much lighter and easy to get on
and off at night....

I spent 5 days in the canyon over the Easter break - there were gnats,
but nothing major.

Lyn - Are you spending one night or two nights at the bottom. If
one, you won't have time for a 4-5 hour side trip. If two, going up
the Clear Creek Trail...
