don't know anything about esculators or stationary bikes BUT i do walk BACKWARDS UP A 23 DEGREE 193ft high hill up to my house every day after walking 5 miles...

What about walking down an up going esculator?
I also have a 140 foot "mountain" to climb, with a 20%
grade to it.
Does riding an exercise bike backward...

my close friend john is correct...hyponatremia IS more dangerous than dehydration ...and has a higher death rate ...even with treatment. Water intoxication...

IF you have access to a treadmill,walk backwards on it with an incline of about 6% and gradually increase to 9%; hold on to the rails until you get accustomed...
