Friends, given the general interest in this topic and as promised
at least once, I have obtained a copy of the "you're gonna die"
form and put a scanned PDF...

Dove,
The closest trailhead to Saddle Mountain is via Houserock Valley.
The last 1/2 mile or so of road was closed years ago, but the end of
the road...
