I too had ITB problems and needed PT after a weekend 50 mile double
crossing. ( previously had 1 minor knee issue but going uphill
which PT solved too )...

1st take the 30-45 minute drive out paved Cape Royal Rd to roads end
which is Angels Window and an awesome view... Then hit the other
viewpoints on the way...
