I think this "6-8 qts per person per day" could be a little misleading.
I'll carry 6-8 quarts at the beginning of a hike from one water source
to another,...

I've never seen or heard of anyone camping on the Tonto directly
above Clear Creek. The campsites are all down closer to the creek.
