NWS reports at phantom were not the same as ranger or hiker reports from phantom. NWS posted low of 65. Believe me, we never saw 65. Or even 85. Take...

Yes sam, we were all warned. And took precautions. Our one person who got sick - we got her to pipe creek where she cooled down and waited out the heat....

jennifer-NWS temp reports from Phantom Ranch have been pretty cool lately compared to Phoenix. Ranch has been reporting highs 105-106F and lows around...

Just finished a hike. Temps at BA two days ago were a low of 95 degrees. We left the rim at 4 am but started running into trouble with one of our hikers...
