I agree with you that they should be signed or locked. I don't know
that they aren't as I've never tried to use those areas and don't

Steve, not everyone carries a topo map when driving around. I
suspect that most people who drive out that way don't have a map that
shows the correct...

I would classify the road as driveable for the narliest of 4WD trucks
with high clearance, long suspension travel, and brute power. Anything
short of that...
