Sounds a little rushed, to my way of thinking. Why not make it a 4-nite
trip and forget the optional "night at Grandview" ?

You can try the Kaibab Lodge. They are not in the park, but close enough.
I'm not sure if there is any transportation available from the North Rim or not.
