I guess I'm used to the relative peace and quiet around Clear Creek.
The occasional jet flying over at 35,000 ft is not a big intrusion.

The air noise in the GC is very minor compared to the the noise from SeaTac airport while doing the Wonderland Trail at Mt. Rainier - Especially if they are...

I remember hearing the helicopters when I made a similar trip six
years ago . It may interfere with the solitude many of us desire .
