It's not that difficult to accurately trace trails in the software. Of
course, if the trail on the map (7'.5 USGS quadrangles) isn't

Yes, I hand trace the trails using the drawing tool. The software's
7'.5 maps are scanned USGS 1:24,000 scale quadrangles. It's not that
difficult...

By "according to TOPO!" I assume you mean tracing the trail with one of
the drawing tools and then using TOPO to determine the distance of the
