Yes, prepaid phone cards work fine on the phone at PR. Used it last
Oct to check in at the homefront.

FYI correction to previous posts - as of last week, there is NO AT&T cell phone signal
available at IG, PR or Cottonwood. Zero. And there is no credit card...

Have you tried any of the off-airport rental car agencies... for
example Hertz Local Edition or Enterprise? Their lots not on airport
property shouldn't...
