Jim, you are correct in that the faxes will be processed in that way.
However, they will be processed AFTER all of the walk-up permits are issued
on the 1st....

Unless you just want to spend some time at Mather, not a bad idea, you
can fax your request on January 1st anytime during the day. If I
understand the process...

What a great idea! I guess I should have looked at the folders more closely
