areas have 1-2 feet of snow.

Here in Flag--and I imagine also on at South Rim--it's not that
friendly, fluffy champagne powder. It's the wet, heavy stuff that
sticks to your shovel blade...

Today's National Weather Service 5am report indicated NPS SR station
has 11 inches on the ground with 15 inches in Bellemont & 18 inches at
the main...
