There are pay showers on the north rim campground. But you have to shower quick or have lots of quarters or you'll end up soapy.

I would have to agree. Phantom Ranch showers are reserved for the
people staying in the dorms or the cabins, at Phantom. I was once
informed, incorrectly,...
