does the BIC have a stipulation as to how far away individuals can
camp from each other on the same permit ..?..
for example, say a party of 6 heads down...

Somewhere in the BIC policies (rules) they carefully prohibit two or
more parties hiking together on different permits. I guess they don't
have a problem with...
