Bill,
I would think to cross right up river from Lava Canyon rapids. You'd
end up at the mouth of Lava Creek and the Chuar Valley, which gives
you a possible...

Bill, there are actually two issues here. First, if you are on the
Beamer then there is no access to the river from just upstream of
Palisades all the way...
