Not sure if this helps but on 3/21 going down the New Hance trail was almost free and clear, couple patches of snow you could side-step.

the trail that goes by "cave of the domes" goes on out the WEST prong of horseshoe and was in good shape last i saw... also easy to climb the horseshoe butte...
