The uphill climb with heavy pack at beginning of hike ain't much; we're talking less
than 1000ft over 3+ miles, barely noticeable to a GC hiker :) ...

I forgot to say that we will be doing our last night's camp at the official trailhead at Saddle Mountain, so we should be somewhat fresh for the hike...
