Images and/or comparisons of Beamer Exposure
Next year a friend is interested in doing the Beamer. I've read that there are a least two sections that have considerable exposure. Can anyone offer a link...

Thanks for the suggestions. I will be incorporating some of these in my training. Yesterday I walked 3.5 miles of hills while wearing a 10-12 pound backpack....

I noticed a big difference when I began mixing protein drink (strawberry Spirulina with equal or more amount of Nido, for me) into a pint or more of water...
