NONE of that is true... we've( Harv,Steck,Gail,Davis,etc.) have been hiking and burning up the routes MANY more times than any damned mule riders.. another...

i guess we'll just have to agree to disagree...quads are ALREADY used by rangers at PR sometimes for medevacs instead of the old wheelbarrow. the ONLY reason...

There are a few other things to consider as well...
The mules are quiet, unlike helicopters that would surely pick up the slack to get the paying tourists...
