For some reason I thought rapelling Deer Creek Falls by putting in bolts was prohibited... what IS the rule on bolts and repels in GCNP ?

I have hiked for as long as 10 days by myself down at the bottom... but I was very busy prospecting for various minerals ( which most "regular" hikers find...
