I believe that groups (7-11) are not allowed to camp at Horn, Salt or
Cedar which are limited to parties (no, not that kind -- 6 or fewer.)

Hi Shannon, an excellent question. In a big picture sense I'm sure BIC cares that you return safely, but I don't believe BIC really wants you to check in...
