I see several flaws in your plans.
Plan 1: The South Kaibab Trail does not reach the rim in the village but rather about 3 miles east of the village....

I would go with Plan 1 as it is the most doable without killing yourself on the trails. The other plans are not very connected as far as camping. I would go...
