There never is a shuttle bus to Grandview.
For points east of SK you have to arrange a ride or take a taxi. Shuttle bus runs year round to South Kaibab...

The last time I did a GV to SK we did take a taxi to start the trip. I don't
remember how much it cost but $35.00 comes to mind.
