When Doc's messages come through and are displayed that way, it is possible
to click on 'View', and then 'Page Source' (Netscape) or 'Source'...

I was told that when U get that symbol, the mail had a problem
enroute and that is all that would go through, Just simply e-mail
them back with that symbol...
