Hi Shannon.....I'd like to see that tennis ball stretch on the IT band. Sounds more like a treatment for the plantar fascia.

Good hydration helps prevent a lot of leg cramping for me.
A good stretch for the IT band is to roll it along a tennis ball on the floor, it's intense but...
