I know this doesn't help you with what you are looking for, but would recommend replacing with something more reliable -- this design has multiple failure...

Yes the mule poop is a deciding factor as well as the 'swimming pools' left on the trails.
Anyone have any idea if the NPS plan to limit mule rides...

They exist everywhere. Met a few in Tanner in March. Makes you wonder what some people are thinking. Worse yet, some of them refuse help when they clearly...
