I agree with John and Joe (on the dehydrated food). It makes sense that if
we carry in our food in a dehydrated state, and then carry the waste out in
a "wet"...

It might just be heavier. Most of the volume of poop is deceased bacteria that we use for digestion and other things in the body. It is not simply leftover...
