Most people over 50 are not capable of hiking the canyon, and the most ardent hikers I've met have been at or beyond 50 -- can both be true. A few years back...

I'm creeping up on 63 shortly and I hike there pretty regularly. once or twice per week from March through November, probably every 10-12 days or so the rest...
