You'll have a great time! However, one more word of warning, go slow on the way down. Its a typical beginners mistake to go way to fast on the way down...

I did this same hike several years ago with a friend
of mine who was in lousy shape. We did it in 5 days.
He complained a great deal on the way down...

Jumpup/Sowats
Just returned from a week exploring Sowats, Jumpup, Kwagunt and Indian Hollow canyons. Water was plentiful in all of the canyons with Mountain Sheep spring...
