I haven't been out the road to the S Bass TH for a few years and I'm advising a friend on what kind of conditions are likely to be found out there at the end...

I have stayed in Grapevine, between Boulder and Lonetree (on the nice
plateau there), and Lonetree itself a few times. Hands down favorite place

Kwagunt Hollow should have reliable water. There is a big pool at the one bypass and above that there is usually a running stream. I've never seen Kwagunt dry...
