Bob - I was out there in March up to Pasture Wash, but not to S. Bass and the stretch from PW to SB usually has the roughest miles.  But, FR 328 to PW...

Kwagunt Hollow should have reliable water. There is a big pool at the one bypass and above that there is usually a running stream. I've never seen Kwagunt dry...
