I use the GoLite Odyssey and love it; most I've carried is 35-38 lbs in The Canyon. As for sleeping bag, I have the REI SubKilo 15 degree down...

Grand Obsession
Just started reading Grand Obsession. Great book! Since my dogs are
petrified of fireworks, it gives me a great evening of reading by the water
with a dog...
