I live at sea level, and I have never once had altitude problems at the
canyon. I have had them in Colorado, but not the canyon. Marsanne

Matkatamiba Canyon
Has anyone out there hiked Matkatamiba Canyon? My understanding is that
it is just east of Havasu Canyon? Can you follow it to the river? Are
there water...

Yes and the answer is not high enough to cause altitude problems for
most people but high enough near the top to cause some loss of go
