Your "second drop" in Deer Creek is where the obnoxious bolts were removed this past February... or perhaps you are referring to the bolts at the THIRD drop...

There certainly are a number of webbing hangers there, used to tie rafts in the mouth of the creek. Wouldn't want to rappel off any of them. One usually ties...
