Hi Y'all-
I have found in taking alot of people in the canyon, that the down part is
definately the hardest in terms of fatigue, delayed-onset muscle...

I've never had problems with my shoes (knock on wood). Thick socks,
polypro liners, snug fit, regular dusting with baby powder (or whatever
that smelly...

I find downhill harder than uphill, but I figure if I get my legs in better
