downhill conditioning
i see others have already mentioned walking/running backwards,going
downhill on the treadmill, and going down stairs. i have done all
these and had decent...

I think downhill is primarily a strength thing, as opposed to
aerobic. Strength work should help a lot there, since when going
downhill, your legs basically...
