Yes, and it appears small from my few trips through. I would try and get a permit for Pasture Wash or the Trail Head. I doubt you would be skunked on both...

I always thought class 4 meant you *gotta* use your hands - but not vertical like class 5.

I believe the road also passes through National Forest for a fraction of a mile (in between the Rez and re-entering GCNP I believe), so you can camp there...
