Cremation offers a close to the SK but dry option. The nearest water would be the River or Burro.

There was plenty of water in Cedar, Salt, and Horn when I hiked that loop 2 weeks ago.

Hard to answer, there are so many variables - the main ones being the temperature and your hiking speed. Weather looks gorgeous - highs around 80 at Phantom....
