Rob is correct about that group site. In 2010 the NPS re-deveolped it as a hiker/biker site with those sand filled tent sites and it is now 8 hiker/biker...

There are also sites at the North Rim CG. If you are hiking (no vehicle), going outside the Park to the FS land is not practical.
