I use a WM Summerlite. Good to 35 with a little help.... space blanket
under, and a set of thermals. Oh, and I use a tent.

I use my 1# Western Mountaineering HighLite--they say it is good to 35 degrees. I have used it just below freezing (frost) and done OK in it with clothes on....
