Somewhere I believe I read that part of the 1975 Grand Canyon
National Park Enlargement Act, whci expanded the Havasupai Trust Land
up on to the plateau...

To manage the Park like a "Wilderness" I guess they need to get out

When you pay the Havasupai the access fee on the road to South
Bass, for what areas are you actually paying to access? Do they
tell you when you pay the fee?...
