Jamie,Try Duluth Trading Company. They don't have convertible pants, but they have a lot of different cargo-type work pants that are made of heavier material...

I like my Royal Robbins. Got them at Summit Hut in Tucson. They've worked well under a lot of tough conditions, and still look ok.
