Two years ago we changed the trip leader on our permit. The permit
holder had hurt her back and wasn't able to go. The BCO told us to
get a signed letter...

Maybe some kind of support group should be formed
to take care of our family members that have to cope with our
addiction.

I feel that eliminating guides from obtaining permits places us all on to a
more even playing field, and eliminates a lot of nasty finger pointing.
