Richard - there is a spring-loaded spigot just short (150 yards?) of Plateau Point. It's most likely where the trans-Canyon pipeline comes up the Tapeats SS...

The water faucet at Plateau Point was definitely on 3 weeks ago, 4/27/14. I took a drink from it and it's good water. I would assume it is still on, barring...
