We were on the Hermit Apr 10 and the noise did not seem to be as high as was the case in Oct.But it may have been due to the lousy weather we were having...

What's the tour-aircraft noise like in that area (Hermit, Tonto,
Bright Angel) these days ? I liked the hike, but man, seems like
you could hear choppers...

I'm headed out NK in mid-May and wonder if the minor side trip to
Ribbon Falls is worth it. ( was there alot of runoff )
